Current• Developed tests for the Automated Final Tester on the Chrysler NTG4 radios. This included software (J-Script functions and Harman proprietary software) and modifying hardware on existing test equipment to handle the newest radios (extra USB ports, more test coverage on the radio test harness pins). • Developed, debugged and implemented tests for audio amplifiers used in automobiles. Customers included GM, Chrysler, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Lexus, BMW and Mercedes. Core competencies included using APWin (from Audio Precision) software, familiarity with J1850 and Toyota AVC-LAN communication busses, and the AP 2700 system. • Site Administrator for the Pilot Factory MES system (SAP_ME from SAP). Duties included designing and implementing routers for the plant floor. Other duties were importing and modifying product BOMs and creating and releasing Shop Orders to the plant.
