Manage contract and deliverables of Bookkeepers and CPAs to include completion and review of Balance Sheet, Income Statement and other financial statements.

In this role, I built the customer experience (CX), account management, project management functions and ran operations of these departments. My role entailed utilizing my entrepreneurial, organizational, business development skills and more to enhance client experience and grow accounts. I created the infrastructure in the form of a Salesforce Help Desk, Training Guides and Videos for team members and clients, weekly account meetings and more. A few highlights include:• Account Management - Grow multiple MSP, Direct and VMS accounts with spend through system including a Hospital Association with $70 Million a year spend through system and MSPs with spend through system ranging from $200 Million - $300 Million a year.• Change Management - Create new processes, introduce new technology and establish frameworks for implementation, account management and client services.• Implementation - Manage the process of onboarding over 200 new hospital locations in a 6-year period, taking them through a 13-step agile implementation process.• Client Services - Lead Client Services team including the billing & reconciliation team in delivering support to software end users including hospital, program and agency staff.• Sales - Work closely with President to understand selling features that convert new clients and build upon that delivery through effective account management, client services and implementation.
