During his years with Thompson Reuters, he managed all of The Joint Commission clients and demonstrated a 100% TJC submission success for performance and patient satisfaction data for all post-acute care accounts. At the same time, he was also responsible for Core Measure Data submission to CMS for the Department of Defense (DoD) and all acute care clients (HCD). He also trained and managed all staff and internal and external clients on Patient Satisfaction Survey Data Collection and Reporting including offices as remote as India.His twenty plus years of experience in the healthcare industry gave him an understanding of the urgent need for a better way to manage and collect Healthcare Experience/Satisfaction Data. He left Thomson Reuters and in 2012 launched HCXperience, Inc. and developed HCXP the first point of care, cloud-based solution for Patient Satisfaction Survey Data Collection. Since 2013, HCXP is being used in Healthcare locations across the country. Clients are demonstrating an overall 85% response rate when engaging the patient at point of care.In 2019, he joined 3 other start-up founders to form NurseCareAI Inc.2023 Assets to NurseCareAI were sold and divided. 2024 Mind Lens Global was formed. Mind Lens is a data company that collects, and reports Human Experience Data (HED).
