Site identification and staging, Photoshop revisions and artwork.Selected accomplishments:• Redesign of brochures, flyers, advertisements to reflect my updated concept for the company. • Concept and creation of corporate in-house calendars beginning 2015. Project includes scouting/selection, staging, and scheduling of trucks/drivers at locations in MN, ND and WI. 27 final images are selected for each calendar, followed by final Photoshop editing, proofing and press checks. The company previously purchased and gave customers the Peterbilt corporate calendars. Producing our own has saved approximately $30,000 annually. The 2016 calendar won our industry’s TMSA Compass Award. The 2017 calendar is currently in print.• Update of vehicle graphics program to reflect new graphics standards. Design was created to be adaptable for heavy-duty semis to pickup trucks.

Lead designer for Ryan’s Corporate Marketing team, supporting the National award winning real estate developer’s 12 product sectors and 10 national offices. Projects included:1. Collateral materials – brochures, ads, tradeshow booth/banners, newsletters, direct mail, invitations, and holiday cards.2. Display graphics – Powerpoint presentations, 20’ tradeshow booth, vehicle graphics, real estate development logos.3. Directed redesign of corporate website with Space 150 (since revised), provided all content and site maintenance.4. Corporate photographer - architecture, employee resume, construction photos, research and hiring of professional photographers at other Ryan national offices sites. Attended photo shoots. Co-managed creation of 3 corporate history and marketing videos. Selected accomplishments:• Redesign and management of new proposal program. Trained point people nationally to produce winning proposals using the new templates. Reviewed as class-leading by sales force and customers.• Designed sales brochures for each of 5 business sectors. Brochures were designed to use individually or as a package when a multi-use real estate solution is required.• Introduced a holiday card program to capture the rich culture of Ryan’s history. The concept was to depict a warm holiday greeting while promoting the Ryan brand. I painted a traditional style card for 5 holiday seasons featuring a historic construction scene and included a ‘40s Ryan construction truck. Prints of each card are displayed in Ryan’s corporate headquarters.• Designed Powerpoint template for use by sales executives/assistants to create customer specific presentations.
