Manage Cleveland area PAG 6 stores IT organization. Manage store remodels and new building IT construction needs. Order all IT equipment, security systems, and other IT needs. Coordinate lease upgrades, new technology introduction, wireless technology, and VOIP technology.

• Recruited to build an IT department from ground up including but not limited to: structure, standard operating procedures, and a go-forward business plan.
• Collaborated with company President and CFO to create and implement a 5-year IT Business Plan including plans to significantly improve business processes and increase cost savings.
• Documented, organized, and defined IT structure and organization as first in-house IT staff after years of contract IT support resulting in improved problem resolution times.
• Constructed and implemented network and file structure security stopping intrusions and loss of data.
• Implemented asset management for over 400 PCs (servers, notebooks, and desktops) creating a plan for replacement of old assets at the end of life
• Implemented plan for Website content management including updates such as pictures and bios for corporate management team and up to date marketing of available properties.

• Manage and administer Computer Operations including 2 HP UNIX 9000 servers, 24 PC servers from Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows 2003.
• Manage and administer Network Services including HP Procurve switches, Cisco routers and PIX firewall.
• Manage and administer Helpdesk Services including 2 support technicians supporting 12 locations, 600 desktop and notebook users for both hardware and software issues.
• Manage and administer Voice and Voicemail Services including company PBX’s, trunk line services, voicemail integration, and first level support for all 12 company locations. Consolidated all 12 company locations to a.
• Implement, install, and administer ERP JD Edwards One World system in a fat-client and Citrix server environment to 12 locations and 600+ users.
