I'm responsible for supervising various project team activities to ensure the successful completion of cost reduction, value analysis/engineering, and new product launch projects. My role includes establishing and refining project management methodologies, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and company policies, and fostering effective communication across all projects. I also develop both long-term and short-term project strategies, set and meet milestones, maintain strict deadlines, and conduct quality checks on project outcomes. Additionally, I keep detailed records of project progress, manage potential risks and issues, and take corrective measures to keep everything on track with the budget, timeline, and project scope.
