Description: With the company transitioning from “fitness club” to “country club,” the decision was made to combine the sales team and the member services team to create a new role. Being an account manager before, this transition added customer service and administrative support to the sales role. My new role was the go-to person for the entire club, be that members and team members. In my final days with the company, I completed my Leadership Training and was selected for a promotion to manager. Responsibilities: -Initiate, grow and develop relationships with members -Tour and help members sign-up at the club -Initiate Corporate Partnerships -Support current members with personalized accountability -Assists in responding to Member inquiries regarding Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures in a professional and timely manner -Maintain knowledge of the company as a whole for the benefit of Team Members (pricing, dates, policies, changes, vision, etc.) -Register and assist in on-boarding all new team members from every department -Support Personal Training, Aquatics and other departments with connectivity and sign-ups -Train and develop team members within the concierge department -Administrative tasks (emails, drawer closeouts, schedule making, phone calls, flyer making, promotion, etc.) -Preform Manager on Duty tasks -Achieve daily, weekly, monthly retention goals -Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals -Managing the financials of my business to meet or exceed department goals -Ensures we have the highest level of programming

Life Time is a large country club that includes 3 fitness floors, four pools (indoor and outdoor), a café, a full service spa/salon, a kid’s academy, chiropractor, and whole lot more. I started working on the leadership team in Aquatics. Responsibilities Include:-Ensures Aquatics Team Members provide a safe and friendly environment for the Members -Responds to member inquires in a professional and timely manner -Lifeguard/Maintain pool deck and chemicals -Teach swim lessons and help coach the swim team -Assists in managing the financials of the Aquatics business to meet or exceed department goals -Ensures we have the highest level of programming -Assists in responding to Member inquiries regarding Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures in a professional and timely manner -Promotes Life Time swim program

Along with regular open swim time, the camp provides daily group lessons for the entire camp and private lessons, before and after camp, to those who sign up. I manage the pool, hire the staff, make sure all of this runs smoothly, and answer any questions or concerns parents may have. In addition I helped with pre-camp administrative tasks to prepare the camp as a wholeResponsibilities: -Hire/Manage staff of 9+ young adult lifeguards/swim instructors -CPO responsibilities -Lifeguard -Teach group and private swim lessons -Administrative duties -Test swimmers and order them into groups -Private lesson signups -Ordering and budget management -Conduit for parent information/concerns (email, phone) -Event planning -Pool Maintenance

While working at Green Acres I took on very many roles. I started as an Aide in the aftercare program. Then as I got more involed with the school, I started working with all grades. I assisted with events, field trips, and office administration. After the I earned then necessary certifications I worked as the Certified Medication Technition (school nurse) and Substitute teacher.

Work as a summer camp counselor. Green Acres is a private school in North Bethesda, MD that maintains a strong focus on progressive education. We made and ran our own activities ranging in art, sports, STEM and swimming. I worked with ages 5-7 during these summers, but also assisted throughout the camp

I took over my neighborhood swim team late in High School. My job was not just to teach new swimmers, improve technique, and build confidence but also develop, maintain, and grow a family atmosphere built on hard work, community, and fun. Ages ranged from 4-18.At the start of my tenure, we had 38 sign ups and won 0 meets. My final year, we had 115 signups and went 5-2. Winning is not important, but the growth was a joy to be a part of

Aftercare program working with youth from PK-6 grade. My job was to monitor the kids, create and run various clubs and sports teams.
