Prior to Modern Treasury, I led pricing and marketplace products for hosts at Airbnb where we built tools and systems to empower hosts to build thriving businesses while offering unbeatable value to guests. At Redfin, I created homebuyer products and helped reimagine what the modern home buying experience. One of my key projects was incubating with our CEO the Redfin Buyer Guarantee (contingency-free offers at no risk to the homebuyer). At Yelp, I launched Messaging products to connect users with local businesses for high intent use cases such as home services quote requests, appointments, consultations. In a prior life, I was a top-performing strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. I advised clients in a broad set of industries including telecom, media, consumer goods and consumer banking. And on topics including mergers & acquisition, new product strategy, international growth strategy, consumer insights and organizational transformations. I previously led technology (product strategy, roadmap, software development) and operations (logistics, procurement) at an e-commerce startup, Loose Button.
