Manager Information Technology leads a team of 20 staff and is accountable for delivering ICT services to over 1400 staff at 70 sites, managing an operating budget of $9 million and over 60 software products. Maintained responsibility for Strategic Asset Management (Infrastructure) during this period. Achievements:• Led re-alignment of Department and re-engagement of all team members following exit of key senior team members • Undertook review of Department and provided insights to executive to directly influence new structure to be implemented by incoming Director• Led project management transition from a position of no visibility of program to providing an open, transparent and resourced program with full understanding of costs, capability and risks

Accountable for Strategic Asset Management Planning, Capital Works programming and monitoring, Service Planning and Reviews and implementation of a Project Management Office.
