Citishare (CS) generates $60MM in value (revenue + expense saves) annually. • Effectively managed both strategic and regulatory/compliance initiatives that increased value of CS ($90MM+) and mitigated risks including enacting fraud and AML controls. Led transformational and sustainable change through the development of talent with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Led digital wallet initiatives in support of ApplePay, CitiPay, Zelle, MoneySend, etc.GLOBAL ATMs: Managed Citi’s global ATM network of ~27,000 devices in 19 countries. Directed and insured global governance, channel strategy, risk management, vendor management and distribution. Global ATM budget ~$300MM annually. • Led global managed services effort which outsourced all aspects of ATM support (HW, SW, maintenance, monitoring, cash) resulting in 20+% reduction in costs, higher service levels, improved client experience, reduced risk/liability, vastly improved governance structure, global accountability and increased metrics.• Introduced world’s first iris biometric ATM leveraging the screen on mobile phones.

ATMs: Negotiated ATM partnership with 7-Eleven to brand over 8,000 ATMs nationally resulting in 10X transaction growth.
