Wayne has 30+ years of combined experience in real estate, construction, manufacturing and hospitality. His strategic thinking, business acumen and client focus has helped him consistently achieve success both inside and outside of work. Recently he joined Automotive Charging Solutions (ACS), a premier turnkey electric vehicle charging solution provider, as Founding Partner and Executive Vice President of Sales, tapping into his large network of hospitality industry partners to provide solutions for their EV charging needs.Previous to ACS, Wayne was Senior Vice President of Brand Partners and Key Accounts at Solid Comfort. In this role, he was responsible for setting the strategic vision and goals for his team and ensuring they execute that vision. This includes cultivating strategic opportunities and overseeing new and existing relationships with the world’s top hospitality brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, and Best Western. Away from work, Wayne is an avid musician. He plays guitar and sings in his local band and has shared the stage with national acts like Everclear, Big Head Todd and the Monsters as well as some well-known regional acts like Tim Mahoney, GB Leighton, and Dirty Word to name a few. He also takes on creative projects that allow him to work with his hands, such as building furniture from a fallen tree at his lake cabin or mastering the perfect lawn stripes by engineering his own mower attachment to create perfectly parallel lines in the grass. Wayne lives in Lake Park, MN with his wife, two daughters, and an English Golden Retriever named Frankie.
