EOI Direct is an online delivery service for community association certificates of insurance that was created in 2002. - Directly handled certificates of insurance for more than 25,000 condominium and planned unit development associations nationwide representing millions of community association units. - Helped eliminate costly and time-consuming phone calls for insurance agencies while making evidence of insurance easier to obtain for lender loan compliance. - Co-Founded and assisted in becoming the industry's largest providers of insurance certificates- Managed several accounts leading to tremendous growth and innovative industry solutions

- Chief Executive Officer of quasi-public residential lending institution with a portfolio of over $1.2 billion and a highly diverse staff of 90 real estate, banking and support persons. Over $1 billion of funds were raised by accessing the taxable and tax-exempt bond markets. The multi-family portfolio consisted of over 70 multi-family rental housing developments with over 2,700 housing units. The single family housing portfolio consisted of 17,500 home mortgages.- Reinvented IHFA from a traditional public authority into a nationally recognized organization known for innovation and creativity. IHFA was the number one per capita issuer of Mortgage Revenue Bonds in the country in four of the eight years on my watch.- Issued $6.7 million in Housing Tax Credits to developers which resulted in completion of more than 2,282 rental housing units for lower income households and generated $100 million in construction and rehabilitation activity in Idaho. Syndicated 6 low income projects.- Created a mortgage servicing operation that serviced 80% of the Associations outstanding single family mortgage portfolio. - Increased the real estate portfolio from $450 million to $1.1 billion.- Administered property management and HUD contracts on more than 4,000 units of low income rental housing.

- Responsible for policy development and administrative support for a multi million (risk and benefit) insurance management organization. - Reviewed and evaluated state and federal laws and regulations; handled claims filed against the State of Idaho; negotiated property and casualty insurance and employee benefit insurance contracts; determined appropriate investments and level of reserves, and the desired amount of retained risk through self-insurance; and managed litigation for the State of Idaho in legal actions.- Also responsible for State of Idaho Deferred Compensation (457) Plan, with more than $200 million in investment.
