As COO, I a responsible for the development, initial training, and ongoing support of systems and procedures that lead to a successful franchise office, as well as accounting and tax support to our franchise owners. During 2012-2014, I was a team member that provided support for 300 franchisees in the small business accounting and consulting industry in the areas of taxation, accounting, software, general business, and practice management from the franchisor home office. Duties included providing training for new franchisees, writing articles for monthly newsletters, and developing and presenting webcasts. During 1997-2013, I provided support for franchisees in the western region with accounting, software and tax issues.
