It demonstrates to the public that I have the experience and appropriate training required by the State of New Jersey. And, of course, I am a member of the NAR and subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics. DESIGNATIONSI have earned my SRES® - Seniors Real Estate Specialists designation. This qualifies me to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans. By earning the SRES® designation, I have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. I received special training, receive regular updates, and am prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.I have also earned my ABR® - Accredited Buyer Representative designation. It is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the NAR®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. I was recently awarded the NAR GREEN designation. The course work required for this designation prepares Realtors to help home buyers and sellers understand the emerging renewable and sustainable technologies. NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales AwardsI was awarded the NJAR Circle of Excellence - Bronze Award for 9 years. I achieved the Silver Level from 2014 to 2017. I am also very proud to have been awarded Lifetime Membership in the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club.
