Supporting IBM’s journey to cloud growth strategy by enabling clients to plan and execute on their cloud platform, DevOps, and infrastructure strategies. Responsible for building strategic relationships with executives and key business leaders to promote IBM’s portfolio of cloud platform solutions and services, including hybrid cloud and cloud native application development, container management and cloud orchestration. Promote and sell IBM services around Red Hat products and platforms as part of a larger cloud solution.Advise clients on the best path to move from virtualization and/or bare metal infrastructure to a cloud/containers based solution on a hybrid cloud using Red Hat technologies and IBM services.

I was a member of the North American Sales Engineering team. I provided technical account management and leadership working with customers, evangelizing SUSE solutions. These include SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, SUSE Enterprise Storage, SUSE Manager, SUSE Openstack Cloud and SUSE Container as a Service Platform.I helped educate the customer and coordinate SUSE resources to accomplish customer satisfaction. Major projects include large SAP HANA systems for large customers, highly replicated solutions in diverse locations. Container platform and strategy. I also taught sessions at SUSE’s world wide conference, SUSECon.

I lead a team of Account Support Managers delivering services to Walmart Stores Inc. in Bentonville, Arkansas. I am responsible for guiding the team's customer activities, aligning resources, identifying new opportunities and managing escalations in order to meet customer priorities and needs. The team provides both proactive support and escalation management for the customer worldwide, including large customized solutions. Major projects include a very large SAP HANA infrastructure solution on Superdome X and SUSE Linux, Hadoop infrastructure with Linux. I also support HP-UX and Linux HA solutions.

As an Account Support Manager, I am responsible for managing support and delivery for several Mission Critical customers in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. I worked with customers to coordinate delivery of support contracts for mission critical solutions. I also partnered with HP Sales to help further HP business in these accounts and others across the region. Accomplishments-Increased support business in the region. -Managed several escalations, including communication with all levels of customer management.

Pre-sales Technical Client Consultant responsible for designing solutions for Wal-Mart’s Information Systems Division. I worked closely with the entire account team providing technical leadership to both sales and support. I also worked closely with Wal-Mart technical leads, managers and directors in designing solutions to meet their requirements.Experienced in High Availability solution design. Developed technical procedures and guides for system administrators to implement and maintain solutions. Some major projects I have lead/worked on include, Wal-Mart North Data Center system moves, Wal-Mart East Data Center move, Wal-Mart Interactive Web Site implementation, HP HA Solution Rollout for Distribution Centers. I designed the standard HA solution for HP-UX HA systems in Wal-Mart’s Data Centers.. Experienced with: HP-UX, Linux HP Serviceguard on HP-UX & Linux. . I am also experienced with HP’s Virtualization Technologies and WMware.
