About Wayne Pelletier
We rescue businesses from WordPress.Over the past 26 years, I have created hundreds of websites. Since then, and especially during the past couple of years after starting Resonant Pixel Company, I've seen all the patterns. Patterns in brand-agency relationships, projects, onboarding, delivery, ongoing service, and how things break down.Brands are almost always 😡 with their previous agency/freelancer. To invert that, agencies and freelancers lose clients because supporting completed website projects isn't as valuable as new business. The issue is that the ongoing value exchange is weak, and both parties become unresponsive due to friction from that misalignment. My response was fundamentally changing how you engage with a web design agency. Here are the goals:• Provide tremendous value (Requires a great process!)• Put skin in the game (Unfortunately, it is rare in this industry.)• Be consistent and reduce friction to scale (The entire proposal, estimate, scheduling, and notification workflow is inefficient.)Welcome to website design by subscription. 🎉It removes the barriers to scaling your business by providing value for white-glove, ongoing support for websites without limits: • Unlimited pages• Unlimited traffic• Unlimited updates• Unlimited forms• Access to our mature process• Full Transparency via a dedicated portal• Redesign every 18 months (included)• SEO (Google) Friendly• Unlimited Contributors• Open Communication (Slack group access)• No long-term contract• A secure, anti-spam, brute-force proof platform.• Free SSL certificate• Google Analytics IntegrationAmazing ServiceBeautiful Custom DesignLive in 30 Days (by default, there is a 1-day option for subscribers.)No Lump-Sum DepositsAligned Priorities

Creative Director
Search Discovery is a business intelligence and data analytics company that empowers organizations to use data to improve business performance. Leveraging the value of data for our clients, we improve decision-making across marketing, sales, finance, operations and human resources. As Creative Director and an Operations Team member, I affect clarity in our messaging and facilitate meaningful engagement with our customers. It’s my job to manage the Search Discovery brand – from overseeing the company’s website redesign, designing blog posts, innovating social media campaigns to planning eye-popping tradeshow booths. For example, the Domopalooza trade show booth I designed helped gain 230 new clients for the company. My work supports a positive culture; I work closely with various teams to produce powerful outcomes. I collaborate with HR to develop internal collateral materials, brainstorm with the business development team to continue the company’s growth, and listen to clients to find out what matters to them most. I’m at ease in presenting creative plans to executives. As a creative team leader responsible for grooming copywriters and designers in a competitive market, I work to be an effective communications conduit, relaying information up and down the chain of command.
Head Of Creative
CloudTags is a software platform delivering a connected digital experience inside existing physical retail stores. As the company’s Head of Creative, I was responsible for helping CloudTags mature its platform, scale its business and establish a brand presence through mobile application prototyping, ideation, testing, and design of the UI and UX. Designing mobile apps requires a unique approach and a specific content strategy. This differs vastly from the methods used in responsive web design, so I treated every brand and client with personalized service to help them achieve specific goals. The CloudTags platform I helped design allowed shoppers to research and save items on their personal devices while in a physical store. The solution for the UX was to have them visit a short URL in the browser on their device, touch an item of interest on a wall screen, then touch the page already loaded on their device. We partnered with Crate and Barrel on an integrated program that used in-store tablets to act as ‘mobile’ shopping bags, allowing customers to scan product barcodes and learn more about each product. Our platform integrated with Crate and Barrel’s APIs - such as inventory feed and search functionality - to deliver information in real time, resulting in a 10% sales hike within two months of testing this platform in their Skokie, Illinois store. To help Value City Furniture cultivate engagement between customer touchpoints, I collaborated on an ‘Easy Pass’ platform designed to bridge data between physical stores, online carts and shopping lists. When customers built a list online, store employees could easily pull up the info and show them their selection in-store. I’m a user advocate, moved by the idea that users/shoppers/consumers/members/leads are, in fact, people. This perspective has allowed me to help create winning digital shopping experiences in physical retail locations for omnichannel brands such as Timberland, Made.com, Heal’s and SubZero-Wolf.
Vp, Creative Director
Response Mine Interactive is a full service digital marketing agency specializing in the health, multi-channel retail and home service verticals. As the company’s Creative Director, I established a creative department, launched a social media team and consistently drove revenue growth. I generated creative service offerings, including paid search landing pages, display media, email marketing, responsive web design, web video and podcasting. This was my first look behind the curtain of lead generation direct marketing, and I was able to apply what I learned there to the next level of testing methodology, content management and content strategy.Developing an understanding of consumer psychology, I internalized the idea that all purchase decisions are emotional on some level. This perspective helped me to rebrand the agency and direct creative projects that resulted in growth for leading industry brands like TruGreen, Spanx, Liberty Medical, Carter's, Rooms To Go, Terminix, Hair Club for Men, American Home Shield and Teavana.I was given opportunity to hone my public speaking ability by participating in a Speakeasy Inc. workshop. It provided a thorough critique of my presentation style and taught me powerful communication and effective leadership skills, which I’ve carried with me since.
Art Director
Moxie is a modern marketing agency that exists to create solutions that move its clients into the future. I was recruited into the role of Art Director there by former colleagues who had joined Moxie and were impressed by my work with a widely-distributed email advertising campaign. With Moxie, I led the design of Verizon’s email marketing. I directed Verizon’s point-of-purchase video kiosk for smartphones in its stores and designed an email CMS for Verizon call centers to reduce callbacks. This role and these projects gave me my first taste of solving a particular business problem by designing software. It was with Moxie that I further developed my leadership skills by managing a larger team than I’d ever led before, and by taking on responsibilities with clients who had a much wider customer base than previous clients I’d served. I also gathered incredible experience in this role through extensive team collaboration, ideation, negotiation and compromise, working as part of a creative department that was 60+ people strong.
Interactive Art Director
BKV is a marketing agency with roots in direct response mail and DRTV, which currently offers full service media, SEO, social, email, and creative. As the company’s Interactive Art Director, I led a team that designed all of The Home Depot promotional emails that were sent to the US market. My efforts during that time drastically reduced the client’s number of unsubscribing recipients, doubled its subscribing member list, and boosted its revenue.Former colleagues noticed this work and, as a result, offered me an opportunity for advancement with another company, which I accepted.
Interactive Creative Director
Oversaw all design for advertisements and promotions for Cingular, Blue Cross Blue Shield, DIY Network, Universal Studios, Ali G Indahouse, among others including the Innovation Interactive and 360i agency brands.
Web Designer
Designed online ads, email, and event kiosks for Crown Plaza Hotels, Holiday Inn, BellSouth, and UPS.
Art Director
Produced digital promotions for UPS, ApartmentGuide.com, Alamo Rent a Car, WindowsXP, Audible.com, MSN, BellSouth and Equifax among others.
Web Designer
Made web sites, online ads and other interactive promotional creative for DirecTV, Mobile, GTE, Dupont, Aubuchon Hardware, BankBoston, LB Evans, AT&T, Wachusett Brewing, HPM, Mitsubishi, Vialog Group, and Zoom Telephonics.
Small Arms Repair
The best decision I ever made was to join the Army at age 19. I served four years’ total with the 504th Org Co 87th Maintenance Battalion and the 10th Mountain Division, performing field and garrison maintenance on small arms, infantry weapons and towed artillery. As a Small Arms Repairer, I was responsible for keeping a wide array of weapons—from small arms to field artillery and large ballistic missiles—operating properly. During my enlistment period, I earned an Army Achievement Medal, a Meritorious Service Medal, and two Armed Forces Expeditionary Medals for duty in Somalia and Haiti.
