SUMMARYKey responsibilities include overseeing the full onboarding lifecycle of taxi fleets onto our proprietary platform, project management, managing & delivering software implementation activities, end user training, customer product training, product development support, platform development support, account management, relationship management, fleet management consultancy, API development, API support, account optimization management, end user support, internal support, upskilling internal resources, management reports, and managing a team of 4.ROLE DESCRIPTION• Manage and direct a team of implementation managers• Staff development, objective setting, performance monitoring and reviews. Provide training, coaching and mentoring as required. Development of training materials and curriculum.• Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility with appropriate checks to support employee accountability and regular feedback.• Foster a spirit of teamwork and co-operation among the NA team. • Develop an understanding of the MK platform product line and the extensive customer base using it.• Take ownership of customers issues & escalations received by the NA Team and follow these through to resolution• Provide assistance to sales team in new sales opportunities, particularly supporting any concerns re implementation services. • Ensuring all Customer implementations are delivered on time, on budget and with the required quality • Work closely with Customers and the rest of the Organisation seeking always to balance Customer expectations and the Organisation’s capabilities to deliver.

SUMMARYOver 20 years of experience building web-based applications. Before starting my career in iCabbi, I worked as a free-lance web developer with a private client base. My services included building fully functional websites, and full identity pack including logo and business card. This experience also seen re-design/develop and maintain the iCabbi website between 2011 – 2014. Provided UI/UX design for a core iCabbi product used by thousands end users across global markets. Over the years I have gained an intimate knowledge of other technologies and using these technologies to build sophisticated and custom built solutions to the taxi industry (Core skills: PHP/MyQL/CSS/XHTML/jQuery/Javascript/JSON and extensive experience using REST APIs, SMS Gateways, Webhooks and other platforms such as Integromat and Zapier.
