A key part of this role is coaching and developing your team and in order to do this I have obtained a teaching qualification and have utilised this to design and deliver several in-house training courses which have been rolled out through the business area. I am proud to say that several of my team have used the skills, knowledge and encouragement provided to further advance their careers.
