"We believe that the quality of your work should speak for itself" Proctor Roofing is the combination of two successful sister companies, Arrow Roofing (run by Jeff Proctor my father) and Proctor UK Ltd (by myself). Our family has been in the roofing industry for six generations that we know of, with knowledge of the trade being passed down from father to son, and although technology and methods may have changed the core values we were taught still remain strong. Arrow Roofing Ltd was run by my father Jeff Proctor with many of the workforce being family. Quality craftsmanship and materials, as well as respect for our client, their property and customer satisfaction, were paramount and as a result, the majority of work was won through recommendation. Arrow Roofing covered all aspects of pitched roofing works from repairs to complete renovations as well as the most complex jobs of lead welding and heritage roofing. Proctor UK Ltd specialized in flat roofing & protective coatings and was formed in 2006 by myself to work alongside Arrow Roofing. The main objectives from the outset were to utilise the wealth of experience and core values from the past generations of the Proctor family and to embrace the innovative and technological advances in the flat roofing and waterproofing industries including the design and installation of liquid roofing, reinforced bitumen membranes, EPDM single ply membranes and green roofs, as well as various coatings to provide a complete “all round” service for today’s and tomorrow’s climate. In 2014 we decided to merge the two sister companies combining the skills, experience, and resources to form a single family unit under a name that has become synonymous with professional craftsmanship and roofing – Proctor.
