I'm actively seeking writing and editing assignments online and in print, and assignments for corporate communications including white papers. I'm a professional writer and editor, and I run an editorial services company, Wayne Rash & Associates. My work appears in Forbes.com, eWEEK, PC Magazine and in the aviation magazines from AJ Publishing. I primarily write about cybersecurity, technology policy and information technology. I'm a frequent public speaker, and I provide content for and speak in webinars and in-person seminars. In addition I write reviews of enterprise IT products and services including cloud and security services. I also write analysis features for eWEEK and PC Magazine. Previously, I was Executive Editor for eWEEK where I ran eWEEK's Knowledge Center. I also ran the eWEEK Washington Bureau. In the past I've written about and tested computer and networking products, including security products, since the beginning of the industry (well since 1978 anyway). I developed and implemented secure communications systems while Director of Network Integration at AMS, and have been writing about the subject for years. Currently, I'm looking for challenging employment where I can use my knowledge and skills more completelySpecialties: I was assigned as the Washinton Bureau chief at eWEEK.
