• Chosen as a member of the NextGen Architecture environment team to implement and automate .NET application builds (NAnt, Cruise Control.NET), perform server configuration management and standardize .NET application build and infrastructure methodologies (ITIL, CMM Level 2).• Selected as part of exclusive team to travel to Microsoft headquarters in Redmond to improve .NET web application scalability in the SQL Laboratory and to test MS Virtual Server technology for .NET n-tier applications at the Microsoft Enterprise Engineering Center.• Designed the Active Directory group policy for the property and casualty division, Allstate’s largest, in support of the transition to Windows XP and Server 2003.• Detected and diagnosed several production server image configuration errors and worked directly with Enterprise partners (Infrastructure Services and DBAs) to coordinate activities and changes to correct those errors. The end result was that the production and production training environments were ready on time. • Developed the NextGen Code Migration Platform. Software was written in C# and was extensible beyond the current environment.
