Re-wrote the financials for an apartment complex which I sold for $1.4 million. Wrote pro-forma financial statements for a 60% occupied, 160 unit apartment complex, which I sold for $2.8 million. The bank was closed with a Loss Share Agreement between the FDIC and the acquiring bank. I was responsible for the evaluation of loan operations, including workouts, restructurings, compromises, case writing and administration. Accountable for consulting with borrowers, legal counsel and CPA's to negotiate successful resolution strategies and recommending action based on procedural directives and FDIC policies. Skills utilized include complex financial statement analysis and valuation; daily use of the Jack Henry servicing platform, Excell, asset analysis and valuation; market research and analysis; financial due diligence; loan portfolio analysis and financial modeling. The portfolio of loans we were working with were those loans that had been "put back" by the acquiring bank. I supervised four Asset Management Professionals, managing a portfolio of approximately 218 assets with a book value exceeding $96 million. Community Bank & Trust was a $2.5 billon bank.
