Commercial Real Estate Professional with experience including: marketing and sales of development sites for office, industrial, apartments, retail and hotels, for one of the nation’s finest master-planned, developments. Sold over 235 multifamily properties for the RTC. Asset management and sales of large pools of properties including all property types. Asset manager for portfolios of non-performing loans of banks.Upon my arrival at Las Colinas, it was virtually an unknown development. I began cold calling companies in the Trinity Industrial District. Within 3 years Las Colinas was averaging over $100 million in sales annually. At one time, there were over 50 construction cranes in the development. We went from 3 office buildings and 4 industrial buildings to 19 million square feet of office and 7 million square feet of industrial in 8 years.Accomplished the first bulk sale by the Resolution Trust Corporation. The $75 million, 26- apartment property sale to GE Capital was included. Responsible for six Multi-Asset Servicing Contracts representing over $1 billion. Re-wrote the financials for an apartment complex which I sold for $1.4 million. Wrote pro-forma financial statements for a 60% occupied, 160 unit apartment complex, which I sold for $2.8 million.
