Reporting to the VP, Global Service and exercises direct management and supervision of Service Operations, Service / Aftermarket Commercials, Training, Technical / Product Support, Service Operational Excellence, Project Execution, Field Service Employees, Contractual SLA, Channel Management and Customer Experience Globally. Design and execution of the company’s global service vision, mission and overall strategy to delivering world class service to its customers.

Responsible for: The strategic and tactical business management of the APAC and EMEA service business in addition to developing and driving the overall service growth strategy and business plan for service commercial / aftermarket sales globally.

Responsible for: Ensuring all major regional and global deals include a comprehensive service delivery proposal, are priced and costed commercially, and can be supported effectively by the regional service teams. Including the strategic development of the e-commerce approach to consumables, parts, service and unit sales for the global business, while defining, shaping and delivering all digitally enabled programs that enhanced the company’s ability to perform outstanding service and support in the most cost effective and efficient way possible.
