As part of this role, I retained responsibility for our Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and a high level of support for our client base. During this time, I also oversaw the development and launch of our Insight SaaS platform, a first of its kind in traffic data management.

As a member of the Senior Management Team and the Executive Board, my role is shaping and delivery of the roadmap for our ever growing solutions portfolio and the marketing activity to support our sales plan, including leadership of the Product Management and Marketing team.In this role, I oversaw major transformation projects within the business, including rebranding of the organisation to Clearview Intelligence, along with thought leadership activity that set us apart from the crowd and gained us frequent reuse and free publication of our blog content in other formats as well as earning regular editorial coverage in industry press and invitations to judge key national awards. I led the complete reinvention of our Marketing activities, introducing ABM and marketing automation, along with the development of solid content funnels that underpinned our lead generation activity and enabled us to use lead scoring to identify and nurture marketing qualified leads that were ready for follow up by the sales team.

My role is shaping and delivery of the strategic vision for our ever growing portfolio of socially responsible, sustainable road safety, vehicle detection and traffic data collection & analysis solutions for the intelligent transport systems market, specifically designed to meet the demands of the Smart Cities era.Mentoring and management of a small team of Product & Project Managers as well as Marketing Communications and Market Development Managers.

Responsibility for a team of six product managers, driving the strategic direction and development of a suite of 35+ software applications that provide Local Authority Children's Services departments with a single record based management information system, designed to reduce administrative burden and enhance focus on improving outcomes through more targeted service delivery.

Responsibility for the Early Years software suite within the One portfolio & line management responsibility of two junior product managers. Promoted to Head of Product Management.

Daily management of the ACT! contact management database of over 3,000 worldwide customer contacts, including regular data cleansing, record purging and campaign management; also took on responsibility for coordination and logistics of demonstration/loan kit to enable resellers and systems integrators to develop, trial and demonstrate bespoke applications for their customers. Creation and coordination of all marketing campaign activity (i.e. new car launches, special offers, promotions, weekly print advertising in local press and management of contact databases) across five dealerships within the Coventry area.
