Manage the Resource Development Department in the areas of fundraising, board and staff development and organizational administration. Successfully revamped the Development Department to maximize fundraising potential and currently leading a $10 million comprehensive campaign.Comprehensive Campaign● Cultivated and organized a fundraising cabinet of over 25 professional volunteers to lead efforts in raising $10 million for comprehensive campaign.● Secured multiple six and seven figure gifts.Board Development● Provide quarterly reports to the Board of Directors regarding leadership, fundraising climate, detailed campaign updates, prospect cultivations and planned giving.● Conduct new board and committee orientations to provide program education and fundraising strategies.● Manage Board member “give/get” fundraising program, leading to over $3 million in impact each year.● Identify and recruit professional volunteers for board and committee positions.Organizational Administration● Lead 15-member Development Resource team, providing strategy and support for fundraising strategies within Individual Giving (annual, major and planned giving), Corporate Partnerships acquisition, Grants (State, County, City, Foundation, Corporate and DAF), Special Events and a partnership with the Law Enforcement Community (2,200 Law Enforcement Officers and 220 Law Enforcement Agencies).● Develop and implement annual Resource Development strategic planning process to inform the building out of an annual $12 million revenue budget for the organization.● Serve as member of the Executive Leadership Team, regularly partnering in policy development, strategic planning, facilities planning, accrediting body compliance, risk management and budget development.

Successfully managed the Development Department and significantly increased revenue. Identified program needs, established fund development strategies and created and implemented plans for a successful annual and major gifts campaign.● Served as member of the Senior Leadership Team, regularly partnering in policy development, strategic planning, facilities planning, accrediting body compliance, risk management and budget development.● Developed and delivered on annual, major and planned giving goals, highlighted by the largest fundraising revenue of $8.9 million in 2018.● Managed the Beach Athletics Board of Directors, working with the chair to develop agendas, create presentations and recruit new members (increased the membership from fifteen to twenty-nine members).● Recruited, trained and managed a development team of five professionals.● Facilitated organizational branding and marketing strategies to increase visibility and create unique positioning in the community.● Developed and implemented fundraising plans to build and renovate athletic performance complex, baseball park and nutrition center.● Led special events program including large fundraising events and hospitality experiences.

Prior to these two gifts, there had only been one $1 million+ donor to the athletic department.● Developed A.D.’s Cabinet increasing major gifts and providing influential business and political leaders support● Managed and sold Intercollegiate Athletics Hospitality Program. Program included four 24-person football suites, one 300 person club-level, one 150 person Men’s Basketball Hospitality Club, and forty-eight courtside Men’s Basketball seats. All programs generate over $300,000.● Managed priority seating program for Men’s Basketball, generating an impact of $450,000.● Reorganized volunteer board structure for the annual giving club. Board consisted of 24 advisors focused on recruiting booster club members. Board membership required a $1,000 membership.

Served in an annual fund role.● Supported all facets of day-to-day development operations.● Engaged in strategy formation and troubleshooting with the Senior Athletics Director, Development.● Successfully established the first ever calling campaign for the athletic department, leading to a $200,000 in donations over a 2-year period.
