I started my career at Town and Country Event Rentals as an Event Director and after 3 years, I decided to join management as the Director of Operations. I implemented supervisor training to allow managers to recognize and improve inefficiency within their departments. Town and Country grew from 100 crew members in 2009 to over 650 today and is highly respected as the most advance operations in the event industry.As the Vice President of Administration and Sales, I manage the sales and administrative support personnel of all 3 showrooms locations. I oversaw refreshing the marketing strategies, increasing company exposure, and encourage customer feedback through social media platforms. As results, Town and Country attracted many of the top professionals in the industry and reached record breaking sales year over year. Gross sales increased from $28 million in 2012 to $55 million in 2017. My final responsibility as the Vice President of Operations and Special Projects, was overseeing the efficiencies and development of 200,000 sq. ft operations and 145 trucks fleet.
