As Director, Wayne developed warehouses with complete discretion and total responsibility for budget, product acquisition and sales, appropriations, expenses, personnel, advertising, warehousing, shipping, distribution, and multi-site management. He interfaces with external clients to implement third-party logistics programs and develops retail, commercial, and wholesale markets locally, nationally, and internationally, all while managing budgets in excess of $1MM. He is also responsible for all ancillary revenue streams, including repair and refurbishment services.Premier Achievement: Turned a warehouse generating $240,000 in yearly losses into a half-million dollar revenue-generating store through the development and execution of a streamlined and cost-effective method of acquiring, restoring and merchandising pre-owned office furniture in a depressed economy.

1998-2009 (Active)/1984-1997 (PT)Wayne contributed to the planning and development of the Continuity of Operations Plan, the Information Systems Plan, the Information Management Plan, and the Information Management Master Plan, while developing and supervising training programs to ensure soldier proficiency with military information processes. Wayne was also responsible for the Army Battle Command Systems, managing overall systems, and training officers and senior-level NCOs in system use, including LAN, WAN, and encrypted satellite transmission.Further, Wayne Post developed training related to Operational Continuity, Information Process, and the Information Master Plan as a tactical leader with a strategic mindset, in addition to supervising classified, multi-functional, multi-user information processing systems in mobile and fixed facilities.Premier Achievements Responsible for the security of classified United States Military Multi-User Information Systems. Responsible for military contract oversight to ensure ordered materials met specifications, providing training in order to qualify contractors

As President of FP Enterprises, Wayne oversaw all aspects of residential and commercial construction, including customer service, estimation, contracts, sales, and commercial property acquisition and inspections. He managed, led, and developed all operational staff while executing labor contract negotiations, in addition to having designed, built and installed custom millwork and furnishings.
