I am primarily responsible for the design and training of information systems products related to the vendor side and seller side. During this period, I developed a closed-loop African replenishment planning system based on big data, which seamlessly integrates end-to-end efficient information systems from demand to supply, including sales forecasting, inventory planning, and stocking collaboration. This system reduces the operating costs of stakeholders, improves the level of product and service, enhances the platform's digital capabilities, and becomes one of the core competitive advantages of the platform.

Responsible for the features of user growth, which includes app digital marketing, onsite campaigns, intelligent recommendation, analytics and other app user acquisition/engagement projects. These features give Kilimall app a clear user value and a smart merchandising which take effect on a good user retention and buyer repurchase rate. Based on that all types of growth engine are developed, verified efficiently and enable a good quality of user growth for Kilimall app.

Build data analytics framework and kicked off the data driven organiation transforming. Help marketing and operation team setting up their KPIs and Introduced user-event data analytics platform with partners like google, adjust and sensordata. Improved the data access ability for all departments and enabling them having their data dashboard runing in their daily works.

Start Kilimall as founding partner since 2014, experienced the growing steps of its way to being the premium online shopping marketplace in Africa. I'v ever take positions in offsite/onsite marketing, digital marketing, analytics & etc. I'm in charged of digital marketing projects, responsible for expanding user acquisition partners, managing user engagement campaigns and drafting e-commerce platform policies.
