• Work closely with the sales force to establish and understand customers' business requirements • Conduct high level or in-depth presentations on proposed business solutions to customers• Meet solutions sales target and increase company revenue• Provide support and setup for seminars and road shows• Setup solutions and provide proof of concept in customer's environment• Promote business solutions to both internal and external customers to meet solutions sales targets• Provide solutions training to sales force.• Promotes Managed Document Services (MDS) to customers

• Setup and commissioning of multifunctional devices and software solutions at customer's premises• Provide technical support and perform onsite troubleshooting• Escalate complex issues to next level and ensure resolution• Conduct brief training on the usage of software solutions

• Provide 1st Level IT phone support to customers• Ensure fast and efficient pick-up call rates• Prepare quotation to customers for onsite professional services• Escalate complex issues to engineer for onsite troubleshooting• Handle and manage enquiries from various internal teams• Assign installation setup to respective engineers for next business day
