My name is Wayne F. Watley, Jr. and I live in a rural area just outside of Shreveport, Louisiana. My beautiful wife Heather and I own several small businesses such as Licks and Love Dog Training Services, Watley Weddings, and Watley Insurance Group, just to name a few. Our son, Silas Watley, is our pride and joy. We also have several little furry children.I'm a husband, father, friend, brother, son, community leader, entrepreneur, public speaker, and musician. I am also an independent insurance agent with an office in Shreveport, Louisiana licensed in property, casualty, life, and health in the states of Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Arkansas.As a musician, I appreciate most music but really enjoy jazz (bebop and swing) and bluegrass music. I also love giving spiritual talks and playing music at various venues i.e. churches, camps, conferences, etc.I also have a passion for building up people and creating processes. My plans include purchasing and organizing other insurance agencies.An area of weakness, in which I am currently improving, is health and wellness. As an obese man gradually dropping the pounds, I understand and wrestle with those demons. I vow to overcome this challenge and to try and help others do the same.
