Management Consultation in Practical Quality System solutions for Business Improvement based upon the needs of that specific company. Based upon over 39 years of experience in the automotive industry with Ford and suppliers our target is to use that experience to assist current companies in assessing and developing plans for improvement in their Quality Operating System. The target is to achieve an increase to the bottom line of the company. This will be realized in both cost avoidance due to defects and ineffective practices as well as achieving improved potential for new business based upon a good performance record.We are also available to provide other support services relative to the quality function at any facility.

My responsibilities following the merging of two smaller divisions into one was to assess the current situation and advise Management of the documentation required to map the business processes being performed as well as insure that the requirements of the TS 16949 Standard were being met. I then advised and worked with individual Department Managers and the General Management to create the business process maps as well as identify and create the procedures required to accomplish the processes and assist in implementing these procedures in the plant.I further advised the Management Team regarding the mapped processes including the linkages and obtained signed management approval of the established Business Management System.
