Wayne holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology with a strong track record of incorporating new technologies into curricula at both Ferrum and Gettysburg Colleges. He left the education arena in 1992 to form a successful central Florida production company serving corporate and broadcast clients throughout Florida. In 1997 Wayne returned to Education as Course Director for Video and Television Production at Full Sail Real World Education where he restructured and rewrote the curriculum for the course. Wayne began his endeavors working in M&E sales support in 1999 as Training Director for Video Central; an Authorized Avid Education Center in Florida. He has served as EIC and second engineer for multiple live remote events throughout his time in Florida.Specialties: Integrating new technologies into client's workflows, seeing the interrelationship of production stages to recommend and integrate the right tools for the job requirements.
