It Business Analysis Manager
CurrentDirectly manage the IT Business Analyst Team. Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with Neighborhood Credit Union’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Identify crucial business areas that require solutions to make the credit union more effective by identifying, analyzing, and redesigning the organization’s core business processes with the aim of achieving improvements in critical performance measures, such as cost, quality, service and efficiencies.Gather and analyze changing requirements of users, explores technologies that complement their abilities to add value, and develops effective and feasible ways to satisfy user requirements.Coordinate with subject matter experts on data categorization, safeguarding relative sensitive data, and promoting/educating staff regarding information security awareness. Presents ideas, leads discussions, and generally collaborates with staff to produce innovative solutions and facilitate inter-departmental interaction.
