Digital Delivery Lead
Current• Lead and participate in business related activities to address day to day business process issues, support change initiatives, software upgrades, and major system upgrade projects. Partner with the Business Functions, and Solution Delivery teams to ensure quality and an effective delivery.• Application owner/SME in a Pod Team model (Agile, DevOps) to execute and participate in Incident, Problem and Change Management, Enhancements and Operational Projects. Act as the point of escalation and manage the resolution process of critical, high-priority issues in production systems.• Consult with Senior Management on risk management, safeguarding integrated enterprise applications operations landscape, development of technical/operations roadmaps and other development technologies.• Work with multiple stakeholders, business partners and operational groups in order to gain a common view of the proposed business processes and requirements needed to ultimately develop the proposed information technology (IT), reporting or analytics solution.• Follow asset development and execution model (ADEM) methodology, as well as the agile methodology to facilitate structured requirements gathering workshops, structured documentation of requirements, use case development and gap analysis from a business process enablement perspective.
