Contracted to provide leadership and direction to project team for a NEW major enterprise medical supply distributor with 47 distribution centers nationally. Successfully managed the roll-out of 41 facilities in a time-frame of 10 months. Managed the entire life cycle of projects such as scope, budget, construction, implementation, training and pre/post go live support. Created user training documentation/curriculum.
