I owned, operated, and maintained a 36 foot SeaRay power boat with twin gas engines, a generator, and many complex systems onboard. I was responsible for everything including piloting, navigation, cruise planning, and maintaining all systems onboard. I purchased the boat in Oakland, CA in December 2001 and moved it down the coast with the help of a friend. I have taken many trips out to the Channel Islands National Park, along with many coastal trips around Ventura and Santa Barbara, CA. I spent lots of time maintaining, repairing, and cleaning all of the systems onboard.
