Researcher, software developer and accessibility expert for digital communication products, I'm currently working on MICCB (MiContact Center Business) project with the following technologies: C#, .NET, TS, JS and Angular framework, among others, together with an excepcional team, in a SAFe agile methodology.-Worked with the innovation team in the development of the DXCC (Digital Experience Contact Center) project owned by Mitel during the past half-year of 2023.-Implemented the audio resources feature for the Mitel project DXCC, which handles the prompts used throughout the system, being the main developer responsible for implementing the front-end.-Current accessibility expert and mainly front-end developer working adapting, guiding other developers and QA teams, documenting and implementing functionality's in a WCAG 2.2-guided methodology on the ongoing Mitel project Ignite-NG.

Researcher and software developer for digital communication products on both OSCC (OpenScape Contact Center) and NGCC (Next Generation Contact Center) projects, at Unify | Atos. Working with Java, JS, Vue, TS, SCSS, among others, working together with multicultural teams from different countries, using English as the primary communication language.-Worked on the developement of the CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) feature, as the main developer responsible for the Front-end side.-Worked on the development of reports using JasperReport library.-Worked on UX/UI planning and implementation overall.

-Responsible for modeling and developing web systems primarily with PHP, SQL and JavaScript, development of routines for management reports, with AP12 Protheus integration, development and maintenance of routines already implemented, the scope of work within the architecture standard of MVC software;-Full-stack development range, dealing with both the visual and the functional, as well as queries, controls and editing data via MySql and Mariadb databases;-Creation and maintenance of routines in addition to correcting errors in the full-stack scope ( PHP | JavaScript | HTML | CSS)-User support via telephone and face-to-face.
