I'm currently working on adding new and maintaining internal and customer facing web applications, for a medium size retirement service company in Chattanooga, TN.

During my time with my duties include ensuring proper procedures are followed, accounts are correct, coordination with other departments to solve problems with customers. Ensuring that all problems are greeted with good customer service. Building and Implementing Static IP addresses. Technical support of existing Enterprise and Residential customers which includes assisting clients in resetting email passwords trouble shooting issues with a home gateway and firewall problems with residential customers that have a wide variety of operations ranging from Windows XP to Windows Version 8.1. Some home clients also run Mac OSX version 8-10.1. With Enterprise customers required trouble shooting of issues such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Access points. The majority of the clients run Windows 7 and 8.1 enterprise versions of their systems. Also in this position I am responsible to keep accurate records of customer interactions in an access database. Also during this time I worked with Windows XP and Windows 7 Enterprise systems, Microsoft Office 2007 and 2012 suite of products such as Exchange, Word, and Excell.

Work in a high volume retail environment, greeting every customer, explaining benefits and features of Verizon Fios Services to customers and answer any questions that they may have on the services. Coach customers on how to handle the newer features of the service and Demo the product for them. With the position I also worked with some tech support such as diagnosing customer problems with gateways such as connectivity issues in home and resetting email passwords. I also kept accurate records in Excel 2010.

Leveraged customer service experience to satisfy and deescalate customers while maintaining sales and delivery quotas and goals. During this time I was a beta tester for the New Pulse Point of sale operating system. During this time I had to describe and diagnose issues that pertained to employee permissions such as scheduling and explaining what needs to be given to each employee based on job preformed.
