I have been exposed to some great examples of leadership over the years including my; parents, grandparents, church, sports coaches, financial advisors, military and social groups. Each of them had a piece of what makes me a whole. The LIFE organization recognizes the need for a balance in what they title the 8 F’s; family, friends, fitness, following, finances, freedom, fun and faith. This is not as much a business position for me, but an organization that has similar values and methods of action to help me to maintain who I am and build to what I have potential to become. It allows me to learn and to teach; to mentor and to be mentored. I have found that the LIFE business provides world-class leadership materials to business executives, entrepreneurs, corporate climbers, pastors, church leaders, administrators, community service leaders, public servants, teachers, parents, and anybody who will find themselves in a position to lead. Leadership is for everyone.

I have a passion for helping individuals and groups to gain new perspective of their potential and transform inefficient ways of living and conducting business into higher performing levels of efficiency in accordance with the desire of the individual, group or organization. When people realize their potential it’s easier for them to step into it. Where some see inefficiency, lethargy, gatekeepers, conflict, challenge, and hopelessness I help people find efficiency, excitement, and viability, continuously energized with spontaneous emergence of prolific thought that leads to effective action. Best of all, this is not a band aid that has to be maintained for years to come. It is a skill set that once learned provides synergistic effect of perpetual resolution for lasting success.
