Two CRM systems for leasing, credit, and loan management. The first system was created and based on Laravel and Angular. The second system, which required more real-time interaction, was produced using Node.js + Express, GraphQL, and React Native. Thanks to which production time was significantly reduced and unified the platform on all devices (Android, iOS, Windows, Web).Challenges:- Managing high volume of users’ documents- Creating a service to dynamically generate pdf files based on users’ data- Implementing the connection between banking services and the main platform- Realtime cooperation between clients and providers of leasing, credits, and loans- Creating tools for financial analysis of banking instruments- Building and leading a team of developers- Partnering with providers as a long-term technical advocate

Native iOS and Android application for ordering services C2C, B2C, and C2B. Backend created in Ruby on Rails. Backoffice and helpdesk web app implemented in React Native. CRM software that ensures export of offers to other services like "Gratka.pl" or "Otodom.pl" using API or by XML export to FTP. Everything works automatically with daily backups and exports on every change in each offer. The app is using NodeJS and Socket.IO to ensure a smooth presentation of offers on independent screens. The application has data validation and is using the API of Google Maps to search the current location and help to localize it. Moreover, the app has a chat feature between real estate agents.Challenges:- Creating a service to upload, compress, and add watermarks to video- Implementing an interactive presentation of the offer on a remote TV screen- Resolving an automatic invoice at the last step of the agreement with clients- Collecting data from services about the demand on offers- Creating a tool to automatically suggest highlighting the best offer
