Designed and managed a help desk ticketing system to handle facility service requests. This system helped streamline communication between users and maintenance staff, track department workload, assist management in planning, and increase productivity with a limited staff. This project required that I learn the Google App Script language, which I had limited knowledge of before development.Managed the utility meter monitoring system. This included using a handheld device to communicate with remote meters, learning a vendor specific scripting language, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and analyze data for discrepancies and anomalies. Worked on Denali's Zero Landfill Initiative, and served as the recycling facility operator. This included all aspects of waste diversion operation, including sorting, packaging, weighing, and transporting recycled materials, analyze data to track goals and implement new strategies, and expand Denali's eWaste collection to help process excess and surplussed IT hardware.

Responded to a maintenance facility help desk to provide customer support for building and utility issues, including light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.Worked to maintain the fire detection network for Denali National Park. This included troubleshooting hardware and printed circuit boards, tracing buried cables for continuity, and running new cables to add additional buildings and devices onto the network.This was a seasonal position, and was limited to no more than 1039 hours of work in a year.
