• Designed & developed a Base Telephone Management System for AVAYA Communication that tracked and monitored over 30,000 numbers and circuits using MS SQL, MS Access and Visual Basic Applications at Robins AFB, GA. ( Sept 2000-October 2006). • Provided training to include MS Access & MS Excel to the City of Warner Robins, GA employees, while also providing assistance in troubleshooting their water and sewage software billing program. (Aug 2000 – July 2002). • Develop an MS Access database management system for a staffing company called, “Temps R US” located in Macon, Ga. The result of this development enabled easier navigation to match the applicant with the employer and the abilty to track the history jobs assigned to the applicant along with many other features. (Dec 2000 – Dec 2002) • Designed an automated MS Excel spreadsheet template using Visual Basic (VBA) for Campbell Roofing & Construction Company for the use of Government contract bidding. It’s function was to analyze and calculate projected labor, material cost and profit margin. As a result of it’s simplicity to calculate a competitive bid, the roofing company was awarded a ten (10) million dollar contract by the United States Army (September 1998 – May 1999)• Instructed various courses in MS Office 2000/XP to Department of Defense personnel, government officials, local municipal city officials, state employees and private sector clients (City of Warner Robins, Houston County Medical Center, DOD Robins AFB, Ga.
