In this role, it was my responsibility to oversee two VMWare sites with more than 300+ computer systems containing both Linux and Windows operating systems.I was also creating, upgrading, and managing these systems by utilizing Saltstack, InTune, and Active Directory Group Policy.Meanwhile, I was administering Jamf, Jira, Confluence, Stash, G-Suite, Azure, Office 365, Slack, Sophos, AWS, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DUO, ESXI boxes, Intune, and Service Now systems.Furthermore, I kept abreast of threat assessment and security threats.Key Contributions:• Maintained a perfect 5 rating from my manager by performing with a high degree . • Updated AD structure to improve usability and security and upgraded AD with the BPA analyzer. • Alerted management to security holes in their backup plan as it relates to domain controllers, while writing PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks.

During this role, I was serving as a systems administrator for a small technology training company to maintain network, upgrade infrastructure from hardware to a VMWare virtual environment, and implement standard security / recovery practices for their business operations.I had also established two custom servers for company when current server failed and I was able to recover and move all data to the new servers.Key Contributions:• Outfitted company's new servers with VMWare and built a modern / secure network on virtual technology.• Revamped servers and transferred all hardware servers over to VMWare VM servers.• Deployed a solid backup plan to secure data.
