Responsible for the overall division profitability by developing and implementing plans, programs and procedures to ensure procurement of parts and materials which may include raw material, electronic/electrical components, fabricated and spare parts, tools, equipment and machineries, construction, hardware and electrical supplies, printed and packaging.

Responsible for hands on supervision of day to day tactical procurement operation associated with direct and indirect parts, materials, supplies, equipments and services including vendor negotiations, tracking and overseeing the purchasing process.

Responsible for production scheduling, materials planning, procurement and monitoring of materials from receiving to shipping of finished goods.

Responsible for expediting of goods and services as procured by a group of specific buyers from its initial stages until receipt of merchandise by the requesting department. Track and monitor all material purchase orders, material lead-times and delivery. Maintain item database, schedule and expedite deliveries and keep required minimum inventory level.

Review MRP requirements for the purchase of raw materials and placing purchase orders, expediting purchases as necessary to assure timely delivery and communicating with suppliers on all aspect of quality, cost, terms and service.

Plan, schedule and monitor the efficient movement of material from receiving or warehouse to production. Develop raw material requirements and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production schedules and coordinate material movement with purchasing, warehouse and production.
