• Create design brief, identify solutions, and seek innovative strategies for the development of clients brand. • Collaborate with vendors to outsource prints and collateral projects • Logo designs, hand lettering prints, marketing material.

• Manage project approvals including creative revisions (proofs), uploading and downloading, prioritizingapprovals, creating mock-ups with design software, impositioning and rip-files for digital and press printing as well as large-scale, generate ads for newsletters and websites all within allotted time.• Interfacing with team members, sharing knowledge, expertise and resolving issues as necessary. Acting as a point of reference for both internal and external technical queries• Over-see production of print materials (Duplo, Ricoh pro series, Xante, booklet maker)

• Reproduce brand style guide, infographic, marketing banners and flyers, t-shirt design, social media design and signage. • Collaborate with Creative team to resolve product issues from design wire-frame through commercialization. • Support Marketing team in developing and ensuring proper compliance of brand identity marks and usage on products.

• Work with the Creative Director to render image banners using Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom for article posts.
