Graduate researcher in the GPS and Vehicle Dynamics Lab (GAVLAB).My research has been primarily in vehicle autonomy, modern and classical control theory, optimal estimation, and vehicle dynamics. I presented at the American Control Conference (ACC) in July 2020 on a vision-based lane keeping system. I co-authored a paper at GVSETS in August 2020 on an auto-tuning controller that can handle large amounts of vehicle dynamic model uncertainty. I wrote my master’s thesis on vehicle agnostic path following using cascaded adaptive control.

Owner, Founder, & CEO• Manage all company assets, accounts, finances, investments, employees, and clients. Provide track-side support for individuals participating in track days and club racing. This ranges from telemetry and video (equipment rental and data analysis), track suspension and tire tuning (using tire temperature gradient analysis and driver feedback), and track-side mechanical work.

• Researched business documents and provided analysis for litigation. Conducted meetings and compiled courses of action to enhance and diversify business models. Analyzed undeveloped properties and formulated development and business feasibility plans.

Quality Improvement Center – Vehicle Quality Department• Provided complex analysis of multi-departmental issues. Included gathering data on a problem, instituting a temporary countermeasure, listing possible critical factors, determining root cause, and implementing permanent countermeasures. Results were compiled into formal reports and presented to upper management including Division Managers and VPs. Test drove prototypes to evaluate performance and scrutinize for potential issues.Weld Engineering Group – Weld Line 2 Department• Completed three design projects (from recognizing a need, through fabrication and implementation). Additionally, involved in PLC programming, intelligent weld timer set up, complex analysis, and new model development.Served as an Assistant Chair in Honda Young Professionals• Developed a budget, calendar of events, lead meetings to plan events, and participated in professional development events. Represented Honda at career fairs, interviewing college students for possible employment opportunities.

• Repaired and upgraded high end automobiles, primarily Porsche. Repairs and improvements ranged from simple maintenance to intensive engine and suspension work. Daily problem solving and troubleshooting of unknown issues and ordering parts necessary for the repair. Analyzed the best course of action on repairs to benefit the customer and the business.
