- Led a team of 6 for product related operations and monetization for Arena of Valor (RoV)- Overlooked key product KPIs such as revenue, active users and retention- Involved in larger scale products such as future product feasibility from Pheonix Labs, competitor defense projects and many IP collaborations (DC, Ultraman, Sword Art Online)

- Devised strategic plans for revenue generating activities that brought over 8 figure USD monthly for Arena of Valor Thailand (RoV) - 30% of which came from 4-7 external platform-based projects I developed and led each month.- Led a team to develop and execute marketing campaign strategies through ad placements on platforms including Facebook and Google, which resulted in over 3 million user acquisitions for Speed Drifters Thailand - more than 60% of game’s total user acquisition within 2 months.- Analyzed user behaviors to optimize ad targeting during the first 2 months of product launch, which led to an average cost per registration of 40% less than the KPI and less than 80% of the games in Garena.

- Built a client portfolio which involves allocating assets and managing risk.       - Achieved skills on financial modelling such as discounted cash flow and learnt basic usage of Bloomberg Terminal.

- Surveyed customers via telephone and created a survey to find out the effectiveness of our promotions and customer’s interests.     - Planned promotion strategies for True Money Wallet to boost MAU (Monthly Active Users) which led to achieving a milestone of 1 million MAU by end of August.      - Grasped basic SQL and applied it to make record of MAU and paid users, comparing them with MTD and YTD data.

- Surveyed neighboring competitors and conducted SWOT analysis prior to the launch of Lesto Condo Sukhumvit 113.         - Took the role of a salesperson during the debut of Lesto Condo Sukhumvit 113 and we achieved 50% of the sales within the first weekend.
