As a wardrobe consultant, I began in the tuxedo area to learn and understood how to measure a customer for suit, shirt, pants, and shoe sizes. I moved on to booking weddings, performing fittings for mardi gras balls, and for prom dances amongst other special occasions. I moved on to selling retail suits, shirts, shoes, and other accessories as a package deal while intertwining personal relationships with the customer. I learned how to ship off stock moves and scan in merchandise. I currently have learned how to order and provide custom attire which consists of: suit, sport coat, slacks, and shirt options for customers.Currently, I have surpassed the part-time custom requirements for custom units for the year, passed the total CL for overall volume, and boosted concept scores while striving to deliver world class customer service on our recently released Hero App.

Currently tasked with website creation using Weebly.com and Dealer.com by developing organic content to build a greater online presence. In process of training for Subura Certification in Sales to be able to promote the brand and increase sales volume. Baldwin Motors Inc. is in partnership with Maximized Marketing, LLC to promote and inform other dealerships on the importance of search engine optimization (SEO), Google Analytics, and organic feed/content for driving online traffic to websites. Other job duties include syndication of websites with social media and other digital media platforms, staying updated with new technologies and features of car brands, and being a brand ambassador.

I was in charge of event planning, recruitment for participation, advertising, public relations, and social media marketing to promote Relay Life and many upcoming events. This was a year long internship due to being a non-profit organization.

With the Office of Admissions and Enrollment Services, I was a student assistant for the office of admissions and an orientation leader for enrollment services. My duties for both were to give phone call reminders about upcoming information about orientation dates, Lion Pride Preview, tours, and admission requirements.

My student service worker position was in the counseling center in which my duty was to answer the phone, book appointments for clients, become familiar with the software for the situation tests, and greeting clients coming in the office.
