My role includes serving as Scrum Master for both Cash Application product teams: the Cash Application forward development team and the quick-response bug fix team. I am also the Scrum Master for the Machine Learning development team leveraging ML and generative AI across the organization. In addition, I am the co-chairperson of our Pridetrust LGBTQ+ employee resource group (ERG).Role Highlights Include:► LEADING THREE SCRUM TEAMS, including representing the overall Cash Application project team in front of C-level executives and senior leadership.► CHAIRING A PROJECT TO MODERNIZE THE CASH APPLICATION BACK-END, including software and cloud infrastructure updates to increase performance and comply with necessary security updates.► SERVE IN A DEI-FOCUSED ROLE as chairperson of Pridetrust, Billtrust's LGBTQ+ employee resource group (ERG).
