Ensure Plant Optimum Production Operation including product quality control, process control, process tuning, instruction for product changeover and plant operation.2. Utilities consumption and production costing, to optimize operation steam, nitrogen and other utilities/ consumable consumptions.6. To initiate management of change (MOC), engineering change, proposal for improvement.7. Experienced in Hydrolysis of Fats, Fractionation & Distillation of Fatty Acids, Crystalization of fatty acids, Glycerine Refining, Biodiesel Production, SLS & SLES process.Experience:1. Process Safety ManagementEnsure plant operation, design complies to company new standard. - To update P&ID of entire plant to existing as built plant. - To conduct comprehensive HAZOP analysis - To ensure functioning safety relief, engaging with third party to validate existing safety relief is sufficient - To develop interlock checklist for field testing to ensure functioning interlock- To perform plant Pre-Startup Safety Review - To introduce, explain & provide training to plant operators regarding process safety - To develop plant emergency shutdown procedure and to revise existing SOP- To develop and implement solutions in improving overall factory in terms of operations, safety and legal compliance.2. Upgrading Vacuum SystemUpgrading of 3 bar Vacuum system to 10 bar Vacuum system to significantly reduce steam consumption for plant operation in a team consist of production, mechanical and plant operators. Also involved pipeline modification and design, P&ID drawing. 3. Implementation of ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO 9001 - To develop the above standards and provide adequate training for the people at new site. Show less
